Retail

 

I have led a retail focused company with 150 stores with over $500M in sales. I have also led a smaller company with 12 stores and over $10M in sales. The goals are fairly consistent. A retailer wants to Increase traffic with existing and new customers, increase average transaction, enhance customer experience and invest and spend in accordance with these goals while hitting financial benchmarks. This is not easy. In order to excel at retail, you have to LOVE it. I do. One of the secrets to successful retail is to invest in the right resources at the right times and communicate meaningfully and often with retail teams. Retail is very difficult to execute well. There are so many moving pieces, spending decisions, and variables. I have a unique methodical approach to running a retail business that has proven successful in multiple environments that evolves with the market and consumer expectations.
