“What Would You Do?” - Child Labor

In the early 2000s I visited a remote part of India to ensure that Child Labor was not being used to manufacture Everlast boxing equipment. What I found was both shocking and insightful. There was child labor and cultural excuses to keep utilizing it. Of course we could not continue to do business with these factories. In 2020 I shared my experience with students at the Dwight Englewood School to educate them on what they might find in the future and discussed with them how best to confront it.
